The Joy of Reading

As a background, a friend of mine who loves photography and I started a monthly competition. Unfortunately she is not on DA although I have tried to convince her of the value in joining. I took this photo to use as one of August’s entries. This little fun completion is good because it forces me to think out of the box and try new things.

This that said, I would like to dedicate this entry to . I have seen the time and effort Diane has put into writing and marketing her work. If you haven’t read any of her books, they are very inspiring and I am sure they have helped many young people through some tough times. Besides that, she is such a great DA friend to so many people.

Books have brought so much entertainment to my life and I can’t imagine living without them. I look forward to each new novel I read and often hate to see it end. I love the feel of a book in my hands and get lost in the new world and thoughts they present.
