Terrier Alert

Watch out. This guy will steal your heart! This little terrier named Bud was found as a stray covered with mats and fleas. In spite of his circumstances, he is one of the happiest dogs I've seen. He was jumping up and down the whole time I was trying to get his photo. He is now in foster care to see if he will work out in a possible new home.
