Little Lost Soul

This little darling was found yesterday by a kind woman who brought the dog to us and will foster until we find the owners. We are not giving much info on the dog so we can find the rightful owners. I'm sure we will get a lot of calls with claims of ownership.

2/21: This little fellow has now been reunited with his owner.
